This Box Breathing Technique was taught to me by a lovely friend and talented Hypnotherapist at Starfish Hypnotherapy.

It can help in a stressful situation, when you just need to unplug for a moment.

I now use it most days, have taught my daughters to use it and others.

What is Box Breathing

It is also sometimes referred to as square breathing, 4×4 breathing, and 4-part breath.
